1) I tuoi ragazzi, oltre al bodybuilding, hanno un altro lavoro?
2) Il workout, come lo gestite? Cioè, fate fasi di forza, fasi di massa e attività aerobica?

Quando parlo di "talent" significo "Endowment = Dotazione" piutosto che "Talento" in Bodybuilding questo si riferi a un buon metabolismo una buona genetica.

But it what i wanted to point out talking about availability "disponibilita", their daily schedules are much more flexible than what one an expect in Europe.
Most of them can afford, despite their job, 2 or 3 training session a day, which is very difficult with a European life style.
And the fact is that several, very short (30 to 45mn), intense and focused training sessions separated by 5 to 6 hours are very effective in term of fixing Muscular mass especially if well synchronized with nutrition.
2- I dont think there is much to say about that, according to me training is something that need to be adapted to any specific individual. It is very difficult to get the same result that some one else with the same exercises. Every one has his system, assets & flaws.
But of course basicaly a bodybuilding cycle has to be long
I always recommend 6 months for those who have some trouble to get defined: 4 months in mass cycle and 2 weeks of "light" definition cycle and 6 weeks of intense definition cycle with alots of cardio.
For those who can get rid of fat and water easily, my personnal recommendation is 10 months of mass cycle 1 week of of "light" definition cycle and 3 to 4 weeks of intense definition cycle with some cardio.
